Privacy

What we hold
- Your email address and your shop's chosen name, from signup.
- Billing details live with Stripe, our payment processor - we never see your card number.
- The data you put into your shop (vehicles, work orders, parts, people). It sits in your own isolated instance, in its own database, and is not shared with or readable by any other customer.
- Ordinary server logs (IP addresses and requests), kept for operations and security.
What we don't do
No analytics scripts, no trackers, no advertising, no selling or sharing of data. The pages you're reading load nothing from third parties.
We send transactional email only - your welcome message, payment problems, and answers when you write to us - through our own mail server or Postmark, our delivery provider. No marketing lists.
Third parties
- Stripe handles payment; your card details go to Stripe, not to us.
- Cloudflare sits in front of all our traffic as a proxy, so requests pass through it in transit.
- Optional integrations - Samsara, labor-time guides, NHTSA - are contacted only if you configure them, from your instance's server (never from your browser), and where a key is needed it's your own.
Retention
Your shop's data is kept while you subscribe, plus a 90-day archive after cancellation, then deleted. Routine off-box backups exist for disaster recovery and rotate out on a schedule.
Your choices
Export everything anytime from inside the app. Want deletion sooner than the 90-day archive window? Ask, and we'll do it.
